Meet the Wild Roses Community:

The festival's mission is to provide an inclusive gathering that celebrates the strength, beauty, and resilience of the feminine spirit.

For 3 days and 2 nights, women from all over the planet come together in the common goal of supporting, empowering, and learning from one another. 

Wild Roses is the largest gathering of it’s kind in Canada, offering a spectrum of experience from workshops, live music, nourishing food, a nordic spa, a healer’s village and an artisanal market.

Meet  the CSEC Eats Culinary Pros

This is the IG account that showcases all the incredible food that both the Saddledome Arena and McMahon Stadium have to offer. I actually never knew how amazing their food and culinary team was till working with them.

Did you know they have not one but MANY Chefs that work for them?

This short film was made to showcase their large event expertise and was taken at their annual Calgary Flames Charity Classic.

Meet Megan 🦋

“We’re using 700 candles at this wedding Sof!”

That’s what this talented wedding planner told me at a recent industry event. She couldn’t stop talking about this beautiful wedding coming up that she was designing and coordinating the day for.

My reply was… “ohhh let me film it for you!!”

We decided on a more “documentary” approach rather than a polished film to really showcase what goes into these “ROOM FLIPS” the wedding industry only knows about. It’s when the wedding couple is usually off doing photos and then all the Pros hired that day are “flipping” the room into the reception from the earlier ceremony setup.

This time at a wedding is REALLY when the magic happens.

A fine line tattoo specialist who specializes in script & florals. 🥀

I still have zero tattoos but have always thought about the first one I would get. I never had a reason till recently when Mum passed.

I look forward to this talented beauty being my first tattoo one day soon.

I filmed a series of short videos for Britt to have done professionally content for some IG ads. She is incredible already at posting video on her Instagram and making reels but needed some content where she was IN the shots too. That’s where I came in. 👋

I’ve always been fascinated by sound baths. The sounds of crystal bowls just send me to another dimension of relaxation.

I seen a post about an Astral Soundbath and thought… this is SO my vibe, who’s putting these on?!

I ended up on the phone with Meghan, the co-owner of Somatika, and we both talked like old friends.

I ended up at the next soundbath filming this short film for her and I’m secretly waiting to get invited back to the next one now 🌙

If you visit my home this who hand picked and curated the tea you’ll be drinking. Lauren is the utmost talented woman I’ve ever met when it comes to herbs and healing.

Meet Irene.

An Ayurvedic Bodywork Therapist and easily the calmest human I’ve ever met.

I remember when Irene reached out for some films and mentioned ✨Shirodhara✨ a service where she slowly drips aromatic oil on the third eye section of the forehead. It’s not only beautiful to be able to witness but apparently the most serene and blissful experience.
